About the Game

The game is held in the function room of Laurie's Bar, Just off Argyle Street on the junction of Kings Street and Parrnie Street (near A1 Comics and the Dragon and George).

Our main game is held on the first Wednesday of each month starting at 7.30pm and usually finishes sometime around 10.30pm.

Occasionally we have "linear" events that take place between the monthly game. These events usually deal with a specific plot or in-character event. Outside these events, anything else you want your character to do should be placed in Orders and sent to the Storytellers. See the System section for a description of our rules and character generation system.

As we no longer pay for the room we use there is no admission fee, however you can still donate £1 to GVLarp. This money will be used to buy props and fund special events for the game. We also welcome donations of photocopying, printing, printer cartridges (Epson Stylus C66 Photo Edition), stamps and envelopes.

New Members are always welcome and experience is not required.
