Please note that no player instruction will be taken by phone or in person, only via email or writing (either to the above address or in the box provided on the night. All player instructions must arrive before the date given in the XP report to ensure that they are processed before the next event.
If you have a complaint, please contact either the Player liaison or email us at this address: complaint@gvlarp.org.uk, . Each complaint will be given the highest priority, by the entire storytelling team. If the complaint is about an individual member of the storytelling team, that person will not be included in the discussion, and all complaints will be dealt with fairly as laid out in the Rules & Constitution Section of this site.
